Our mission for the children of Savoy UMC is to partner with parents to:
Transform REAL kids into REAL followers of Jesus.
NURSERY (Birth-2 years)
During Sunday worship service, we offer nursery for ages 0-3 years. Our teachers guide children through age-appropriate worship experiences using music, games, scripture and free play. We have two on staff teachers who do an excellent job at making the kids feel comfortable and provide a friendly, familiar face for the nursery kids. Each of our staff teachers and volunteers have gone through our Safe Sanctuary application process to assure children learn in a safe environment.

PRESCHOOL (3 & 4 years)
We provide Preschool for children ages 3 & 4 years during Sunday worship. Because we only have four teachers who rotate teaching Preschool on Sunday mornings, your child can rest easy knowing they will always see a familiar face! Each teacher has been through our Safe Sanctuary application process to assure children learn in a safe environment.
CROSSROADS (Age 5/K-2nd grade)
Students are encouraged to remain with their families for the beginning of worship and will be dismissed to their classroom shortly before the midway point of the service. Children will then come into an interactive experience incorporating worship, hands-on Bible lessons, prayer and lots of active fun! Crossroads is a place where we build the foundational truths from scripture that serve as a springboard to deepen faith.

TRAILBLAZERS (3rd-6th grade)
Students are encouraged to remain with their families for the beginning of worship and will be dismissed to their classroom shortly before the midway point of the service. Preteens will then experience a discussion based environment where they are able to dig deep into scripture and find life-application. This is a safe place to ask questions, hear stories and learn how to integrate scripture into our everyday lives.
