Whether you’ve never been to a church, it’s been a long time since you have, or you’re new to the area and are looking for a new church to call home, walking into a new place full of strangers can feel uncomfortable. We get it. See below for a detailed description of what to expect on Sunday morning.

Sunday Worship Service

9:30am Sunday Morning
Services last for about an hour with a variety of music from contemporary to hymns. Dress is casual.

Communion is held once a month and everyone is invited to receive.

What is a worship service like?

Our services start on time and usually begin with worship music. All of the lyrics are displayed on screens for your convenience. You might observe a baptism, a new member joining the church, or a person being commissioned to serve in ministry to others. We will usually take a minute to share important announcements, and we will collect an offering during the service. You are not obligated to give, and you will not be pressured to make a donation.

Every worship service includes a sermon preached by our pastor. The message will often focus on a passage of scripture and how it relates to our lives today. Every sermon is designed to be understandable, creative, challenging, biblical, and helpful. Sermons will last between 25-35 minutes during typical worship services. Communion is typically done once a month on the first Sunday of each month.

Childcare + Children’s Ministry

During Sunday worship service, we have a nursery for children ages 0-3 years and a preschool classroom for 3’s-5’s.

Additionally, we have Crossroads Kids for children in kindergarten through third grade, and Trailblazers, for children in grades 4-6. These children are encouraged to start the service with their family and will be dismissed shortly before the midway point of service to go to their classrooms.
